They are only allowed x number of adds per hour and if they don't stick to that can be reported. I mostly watch via Foxtel these days and record all I want to watch then fast forward through adds. Have been known to back up to watch something I thought I may find of benefit to me though.

I pay for data and not add why the hell am I still seeing them I am not paying to see add I can't afford to watch add because it used all my data

In Aus Pay tv used to be add free thats why most people got it now it has adds and just as much as free to air

I don't watch tv anymore because and I have to use add blockers on my phone and pc. Not just one each either some formats like youtube or facebook need their own add blockers
