Well I am 72 (73 in Jan) and I love daylight saving. It means being able to sit outdoors in the evenings for BBQ's or just a light snack, without having to use power for lights.. and watch the sunset while enjoying a nice cold drink.

No the day is to long in the really hot weather ,especially if you are an older person.

So much more you can fit in your day especially when your partner comes home from work you can do more outside together.

changing the readout on a timepiece only inconveniences people. if one needs extra time after work, then just start and finish early. leave the clocks alone. changing the readout on a timepiece is purely psychological and serves no other purpose than cater to pretenders.

Change to routine is just too disruptive and I really don't like getting up in the dark in summer.

I wasn't until I lived down south and came to appreciate it. Now I am back in Qld and would be good to have it up here.

just start and finish work an hour early. why do you need to change the clock? does nothing to the real time, only ones ignorance. still starting early regardless of the clock.
