I dislike how mobile phones have taken over peoples lives. I look around while I'm in town and see very few people paying attention to the world around them, instead they have there heads in the phone either on facebook or twitter. I agree with Hans. Even worse are the smart phones. Nowadays people can't even turn them off at parties, barbecues etc. Some people I know text each other when they are in the same house. I have a flip phone for emergency use only.

Basically I hate telephones. I keep one for emergency use at my convenience only. I probably use it about five times a year. I would much rather visit someone and talk face-to-face.
