I was born with spina bifida and did not know I had it until my early thirties now I suffer from continuous and debilitating back pain it's always getting worse I'm now developed reverse vertigo and I can't even lift up my 4 year old Grand child

For me, back pain mostly comes from sitting at a desk at work all day, or while driving long distances - anything that prohibits me from moving regularly
