Thinking on the past gives us something to learn from but the possible future is hard to plan for so I do my best to live in the present and think of the past

Both. I believe that looking to the past can help you to be better in the future, but don't forget to live in the present because life is a gift so don't let it go by dwelling too much on the bad things that have or may happen.

Sometimes things happen outa your hand s but all you can do is look forward and hope that things are better than you’ve left To the future behind

The past is gone, and hopefully I have learned things that will help me shape a better future.
