If only we could control the weather elect when and when not to rain unfortunately we can't . But we can only hope that the rain we have received helps the fire grounds and give the fire fighters some well deserved relief and the chance for those suffering with loss of income and properties and bit of a break to think about the future ahead

I hope that there is steady rain in the fire and drought effected areas. But downpours, while they put out fires, will also wash away topsoil, so not too much at once would be good. The best things anyone can do is donate water, and food for the people and animals.

We need a long term restoration policy to ensure that the wildlife and resources lost are compensated for.

We need to re-evaluate the current back burning laws the minor parties (Greens) have been able to implement with the Labour Party even the Aboriginals thousand of years ago used to back burn to save wildlife & people.

Major bushfires will keep happening unless we backburn more, let cattle graze the undergrowth of national parks and start chopping down trees near properties! The greens have a lot to answer for.

Fake news, Greens do not oppose back burning or perscribed burning,
