Have hip and knee injuries and no balance.Can only walk with aid from frame

I go for a walk morning and evening 30 minutes and enjoy nature chirping of birds refreshing air doing breathing in and breathing out exercise which gives fresh oxygen to brain and other parts of body

I have an ankle injury, so walking on a treadmill is my only option, these days.

When I was younger, running was okay. But now that I’m in my mid 60s, running doesn’t have the same appeal. I’m never going to be able to run like I used to.
