Taken daily prior to commencing work. Not allowed to work if temp is 37.5or higher
I work in aged care

Thank you from the families of all the people you care for. My sister is an Ausland translator, and i know that her workload and stress levels have doubled. As has the stress levels of her clients.So no doubt your situation is similar.

I am now. I had a thermometer, but the last time I tried to use it the end containing the mercury broke off (thank goodness I hadn't got it in my mouth yet). It has taken me about 2 months to find a new one, which I got today. Temp is still good, thank goodness.

Hubby has one of those gadjets you see them using at the air and sea ports that they point at your forehead and it takes your temperature. He uses it for work normally. So we have been taking ours at least weekly. Have both been in the 30/34 range consistently. Note to self - eating icecream or drinking hot tea will make a difference to the reading.
