Normally you get a 5 point reward if you do not qualify, but with this new "not available" you do not.

I just got my most recent newsletter saying I had attempted nil surveys and missed 6.
Hello - I attempted 4 and screened out of 2 while being dropped into the eather on 2 others.
Time to sort out the system.

The latest survey came through on my email literally one hour ago. Provided my age and gender and it said that they'd had enough respondents with similar views to mine. After one hour? Oh well - 5 points for 30 secs work I guess.

It's so frustrating I got nearly 75% through one earlier this week, I answered the next questioned then it came up with a message saying the survey had finished, when I went back to the main page it still had another day to go. In another survey, I was maybe 50% through it, when it came with a message saying "you do not meet the target group needed" or some crap. I think that if you get at least 50% w...

I understand that sometimes when we say, have tried it and wouldn't again, that they now know all we can tell them. but to say we do not meet target group and no reward when we are more than half way through, agree - should = half the reward - because when this happens you do not always get the 5 points even. I didn't with the one I did this morning.

This has happened to me for quite a while now, however its just as annoying as soon as I put my age in the pre-questions, 5 times out of 10, I get the "heave ho" - sorry for living I say!!!!!

I just received 3 surveys this morning. Started to answer them pretty well straight away & told not available. Yes a bit annoying..

The surveys are getting longer and the rewards are getting smaller. 50 cents for 15 minutes isn't worth it, nor is the piddling 5c. If they want to survey 1000 people, don't send it out to 5000.

To survey 1000 people would need to send to approx. 2000. Why? 25% of people do not answer in time due to being away (holidays, illness, work) 25% do not qualify, never use product and don't intend to. There's half your people gone so 2000 out = 1000 in.
