People these days tend to go for the easy meals rather than stay home and cook their own. Fast food seems to be in nearly everyone's diet!

I know my family would starve as our lifestyle is very busy with extra curricular activities for the kids meaning we are not home until after 8pm most nights. I hate cooking in 40 degree heat until much later, but by then there is o time time to eat and allow the food to settle before bedtime

Other than the occasional pizza night (from our local pizzeria, not a cheap chain store) we do not eat fast food.

It's all about time management and team work. I and husband worked, cooked/prepared food including dinner for next couple of days one night and cleaned other nights once the kids were in bed. That's with both husband and I doing chores and cooking. As the kids got older so did their responsibilities. This way when they left home they had skills, love and a lot more. This was with me doing shift work in the...
