yes it is a pandemic but handled carelessly by authorities ...like what happened in Melbourne...unwelcomed pandemic......it spreads coz of people's own doing ...not being careful...and not requiring face masks when it should have been required since day one ...not waiting for the spread of the virus to get worse....before action. is taken ..

Im sorry, but its not really. Have a look at the true death figures. Have a look at the unfortunates who have died. Majority of pulmonary and or respiratory health issues. In countries with strained health systems.
The main reason why we have done well, our heath system is subsidised by the tax payer. Wait till the medicare levy next year.

It is now nearly 11 million confirmed cases and over half a million de...

Exactly. But I keep reading comments here and elsewhere from people saying it is not yet a pandemic. This leaves me wondering what such people need to convince them.

I think there is a certain subset of the population who will never believe Covid 19 is a pandemic or even take it seriously. Facts don't seem to make any difference.

By following guidelines hopefully we don't reach a million loss of life

My sincere hope also, but some countries are not being very socially distanced.
