Your in Court , You have to Swear on the Bible, as God is your witness but the Law doesnt do what the Bible says - "an Eye for an Eye "etc. "a Life for a Life "
You Take a Life , then you Pay with your own , if the life you took was done in a day then Your Life should end in One day also, out of court straight to Death , No sitting in Prison wasting Taxpayers Money

The only problem with this is that some people have been executed for murders they did not commit. Just recently in WA a man who had been charged with murder and was later acquitted, subsequently to be hit by a hit and run driver would have been executed. Take care. B.

Definitely, the judges should get a good kick up the butt and told to jail them for life!

Thanks for your message Robbo. I read it and did laugh. However the subject is serious and I couldn't agree more. Straight and to the point. If only it was that simple. Take care and enjoy your Thursday. B.

Yes, I believe sentencing should be more consistant.

I just wonder if consistent sentencing were handed out initially, but...

I agree with all these answer's and yes the Mandate should be the Maximum Penalty for any offence not a minimum as thads all they are getting now and look at this last one where he has murdered his wife and will be out in 6 years ! What sort of a verdict is that but satisfaction for the person that committed this Crime !

Agree with this one. Always going to be a difficult case however in my eye's he is guilty of murder not manslaughter. There is a difference I know. We will never really know as to why he killed her? Take care Dottie and have a happy Easter Monday. B.
