Email, you will always have a copy if they say they didn't get it & you can resend it.
I know we should go paperless but print it out if needed, you can't change what's written on a printed version. People will always try and get out of things but when its in writing they can't reneg on it.

I used to love sending letters in the post and receiving them also. But now with all the technology it's fast, convenient and free to just flick and email.

Yes I do as that way I always know I have a copy of what was said by who to whoever
I have lots of friends who send Xmas/Birthday cards n have always liked to have them on show

I exchange letters with people overseas. It's such a great hobby! So much nicer than having just bills in your mailbox, and so much more personal and creative than email.
