Why should people who have been getting Newstart way before the covid19 virus hit an affected the actual work force be getting the extra $550 it should only go to the people affected that want to work but can’t during this unprecedented time!

Hardly 'living off of Newstart" few recipients have enough to pay their rent, let alone pay to get to job interviews, food, grooming essentials etc! Don't fall for the LNP furphy!

Sounds like you are assuming everyone on jobseeker allowance are lazy and don't want to work. 62% on jobseeker are 45 years or older. Yeah sorry I actually do know what Centrelink are like the way they refuse to put quite a large number of people who need the disability pension on it !
