Many have no choice but to take casual work and, though it might not be a big influx into family money, it has been sorely missed over this time. However, I think you need to more closely define 'casual'.

Yes when the virus is in the area, but not for a whole state when the virus is not even spread out of one area. We need to protect the those who maybe endangered, but encourage others to get on with life. Good luck to the average Victorians may you soon be free to enjoy freedom again.
