Try telling that to the millions who have died from it all around the world. Go and look at what happened in places like India and Brazil, where they were overwhelmed in dealing with burials. 100% YES! This is not going away. We need new ways of working, living, travelling, shopping and generally living our lives. We will look back and have a sense of life BC and life AC. Nothing will ever be the same again

to learn to live with it, our govt need to let us out of lockdown to be out there with it. just like other illnesses and diseases we are accustomed to, covid is no different lockdown or not.

What level of infections is OK? What level of stress and overload on the hospital system is OK? What level of burnout is acceptable for the front-line medical workers who have to deal with it? What level of long-term serious effect on health is acceptable should people recover but then experience "long covid"? It would be good if the ignorant and stupid amongst us were made to understand just what "long covid" means...
