the books have more detail to them then the movies so you can get more involved if you know everything

I have mixed views on this.. I have seen some movies that I have thoroughly enjoyed and been bitterly disappointed in the book.. Then there have been others where I have become completely enthralled in the book and totally disappointed and even disgusted at the movie. I guess the decision is purely personal.. If I did not enjoy the book, I would probably not even bother going to see the movie.. I really don't kn...

If there is a book and a movie I will always read the book first, then watch the movie. The movie is nearly always crap compared to the book.
