Little Children Teenages are forming their own opinions and becoming their own person so they like to push the boundaries. It does however depend on the individual child and the way their parents are raising them

It also depends on who's asking them and what the topic is! Often children regardless of age will listen and obey someone else rather than their parents without quibble or vise versa. All humans are different! Some are little angels as toddlers but turn stubborn and get attitude when older. Others are ratbags when young but see reason easily when older.

Yes with children you can persuade them to do things in a nice way. If they do not like what you tell them they nearly always will listen to you. By the time they are teenagers no matter what their upbringing has been they are set in their ways. You only hope that you have taught them well. If you have then you can reap your rewards.
