Quantity is the way to go many eat enough for 2 people and turn into a blimp. But we do have mirrors in our homes.

I find i get hungry when i am bored or not busy. If you can eat well and do some gardening or other physical activities to fill up your day you shouldn't feel too hungry. Off the top of my head i can think of these activities that shouldnt be too hard on your ankles: gardening, hand peddle gym machine, dumbells, pump sessions, some styles of swimming.

Consume only required calories: don’t over eat. You wouldn’t need to consume the same amount of calories as say someone who’s working out (not injured). Eat what is required. To loose weight it is recommended to eat around 1200-1500 calories per day.

It’s neither of those. Consume a healthy diet, with regular daily exercise. Equal out the sugars with carbs. Eat more protein rich foods. And get at least 1 hour of exercise in
