Making it a life change instead of diet is best... become a swapper if it all too much change at once. Like instead of a piece of chocolate, have a hot chocolate drink. Instead of a soft drink, have a berocca (but only once a day) just for that fizzy drink taste. Stay away from sugar subsitutes... no good for your body. Have a substantial breafast, medium lunch and little dinner. Good luck... im on this track too...

I like to swim for exercise. 40 laps of a 25mtr pool takes me about an hour...yes started at 5 laps and added a couple laps each week, i wont add anymore, just trying to do it faster. No stress on weaker body parts, great for all over movement and breathing.

Really? None of these actually work for excessive overweight people only for people slightly overweight. There needs to be more research and more understanding of this issue. As someone who has had a fam member who has been overweight all their lives and seen them struggle with it is truly heart breaking. Then there's others that eat everything and never put any weight on. Maybe they have high cholesterol on th...

Eat a balanced diet. Have your last meal before 7.00 pm which is like fasting till the morning. Cut down on sugar. Keep active.

Quantity is the way to go many eat enough for 2 people and turn into a blimp. But we do have mirrors in our homes.
