NONE. when i was in China 4 years ago they just put their rates up to 5c /kwh, they said they were trying to reduce usage by making electricity more expensive. so why is ours 40c /kwh?

One reason that our rates are so high is because Jeff sold off the SEC & the one Government Director at one institution receiving one income became multiple fat cats receiving huge uncontrolled remuneration. The same goes for Gas & the Gas & Fuel Corporation.

None of them and I wonder how & why people get these massive discounts on their usage bills. My A/C is paid on time every time as I have Solar feed back that more than covers my usage and I do get a cheque every 3 months. I certainly do not get any discount above 2.5% and have a signed agreement that means nothing as my power rate has been adjusted upwards several time over the past 5 years. I don't know how one ...

My problem with this company is honesty. There was a time that we had a carbon charge & all retailers increased their charges to cover. The charge came off & one would expect the cost to reduce. I run a spreadsheet covering 8 retailers. Six responded by reducing their charges 2 this company being one increased their charges this co. by $156.17 or 5.3171%.
