Really depends on the person and how much weight you want to loose. On long term these are hard to stick by. If you wanted to loose a quick 5 kgs in a few weeks, yes. But can always put it back on. I’d recommend for long term to replace 2 meals a day with one low calorie meal. Always good to do some cardio in the morning. And still have a cheat day on weekend, then get back on them, if you do for a month you’ll get some good results. Just stay away from the alcohol and sugary drinks. Some brands are better than others. I prefer the shakes with full cream milk. And the snack protein bars which have 100 calories are great.

Beautiful to hear and see the results. I always sat around the table no matter what growing up, but my husband seems to think no one does anymore and always goes to sit on couch, I try as much as I can to get everyone sit around the table as it’s more personal , instead of staring at the screen and not talking. I believe eating around the table should be part of family time. To talk and see how everyone’s day went. If you have a lovely table to sit at , you should use it more as it’s beautiful bonding time as a family.
